Today Doug set up three stations for us to sit at and draw. We had 30 minutes per station and then move on to the next station. It definitely reminds us that we all need to practice and get outside of our comfort zones! He suggested that those of us that are very detailed and tight to try to be loose and those that paint/draw in a loose fashion try more details!

Before we began we had a bit of a business meeting to discuss January’s show, and we also had a few of last weeks’ Pointsettias (the left two are by Olivia and the right one is Lynn’s) to enjoy and Lynn brought a piece that was painted all with Wine! (sorry for the glare, the wine painting is in a sleeve and it was difficult to get a goodish shot…)
