Today we had a smallish group again but we had a great session! Lisa led us through a Holiday themed Zentangle.

Firstly we had a bit of show and share again:

Brenda brought a few of her Zentangle pieces and also her Frida homework which she’d Zentangled as well. Look at that Elephant, it is Awesome!

Olivia had worn this jean vest that she made from reclaimed jeans and then painted on the back. Olivia does amazing eyes!

Lisa also brought in a few shells that she’d Zentangled, and a few other items incuding some bookmarks; and finally some holiday themed cards, created by following the videos from Ivy’s Corner. The one Lisa led us through is the green and red star with a holly border in the centre of the far right photo.

Then for “fun” afterwards Lisa demonstrated and we worked on another Zentangle – the main grid is Hollibaugh, then infilled with Papyrus, a variation of Beelight, Keeko, Asian Fans and Nipa, inside the Hollibaugh sections:

We decided to do Fun with Watercolors with Terri next week!
