July 2025 – Member’s Projects

So June seemed to be a dry month as far as creativity for members. But Elaine and Ben were busy and sent us a few photos of their recent works:

From Ben: “I finally finished this commission for my daughter.  She is the Principal at a Native American school in Tacoma, WA. She asked for the wise elder in Native regalia, Mt. Rainer,  the school and an eagle. I thought of Doug’s class as I threw in the palette knife abstract colors, that was fun..the colors representing the children’s energy..Daughter is very happy with the outcome… Give the group my best” Ben

From Elaine:

“This is Quentin the Quirky Quail that I see outside my window daily! He is made of air dry clay, foam clay, paint, wire, collage and old French sheet music called JE CROIS EN TOI, (I Believe) which is oddly inspiring and comforting. Cheers to everyone! Elaine”
