We are off to a great start of sharing projects completed by members over the summer!

Wayne says he really likes the depth of color he is achieving with his new pastel pencils………….you be the judge of this stunning greyhound.

Brenda has “reworked” her desert cactus after she requested critique at last meeting, deciding on a sunset view. It personally transports me to a places where I’ve spent many relaxing months (quote from Terri). Beautiful!
Any time you send Terri a photo of a recent project I’ll get it on the website so all members can enjoy!
A few more submissions!

Wayne’s “Benji”, a remembrance for beloved best buddy of my neighbor, Tom. Just before Wayne added the final touches. Terri forgot to ask if it’s colored or pastel pencil. Striking!

Julie sends her completed Daisy from our watercolor workshop. Soft and lovely! along with a quote by Claude Monet “I must have flowers always and always” love it!

And instead of waiting until just before the first class of the next season, Terri’s summer homework! An acrylic depicting the animal designs found on pottery made by the prehistoric Mimbres Indians, also known as Mimbrenos, from Southwestern New Mexico between 800 and 1250 AD. In the U.S., they live in the Mimbres River valley.
The game is on to submit your summer homework!

Wayne’s pastel pencil little foxes, ‘outside his window’ beautiful example of motherhood. Does Wayne sleep?

Lisa did another mosaic Dolphin for the Seguro y Sana fundraising.
